Can my client see my costs or margins?
No. Client exports and share links are built from a copy that only contains prices, totals and terms. Costs, margins and internal notes are not in it.
Do I need an account?
No. The builder and every estimate export work without one, and your estimate autosaves in your browser, including on your phone. A free account adds one cloud-saved estimate. Pro makes it unlimited.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. It’s $39 once. It adds your branding to client exports, removes our footer, turns an estimate into an invoice, lifts the cloud-save limit and gives you a catalog of saved line items.
How is this different from a spreadsheet or an invoicing app?
A spreadsheet starts blank, and its formulas break when you delete a row. Invoicing apps charge monthly and still start you from a blank page. Estimatery starts from your trade’s line items, shows your margin while you price, and the builder is free.
