Most concrete quote templates are four rows and a signature line. A pour has a pump day, a short-load charge, and a washout that has to go somewhere. Lines left off the estimate still happen on the job and get paid for out of your margin.

What does a concrete job estimate include?
Nine sections that follow the job in order: excavation and site prep, base and subgrade, forming and reinforcement, concrete supply and pour, finishing and curing, sealing and waterproofing, permits and labor, cleanup and disposal, and contingency and allowances. Inside them are the lines that get eaten when they're forgotten: the vapor barrier, the pump day, the short-load charge, the spoils haul-off. Delete what your pour doesn't need.
How do I price a concrete job?
Line by line. Concrete carries its price in a handful of drivers: yards of mix, linear feet of forms and rebar, square feet of finish, crew days, and whatever the soil turns out to be. Every line in the template prices as rate times quantity times multiplier, whatever the unit label says, and your margin updates as you go. The number at the bottom holds up because every piece of it is a line someone can point to.
How do I handle contingency and deposits on a concrete estimate?
The template ships with a contingency and allowances section: general conditions, a contingency allowance, and insurance and bonding, carried as flat allowance lines. If you price overhead as a straight percentage instead, the document-level overhead and profit fee does that on the subtotal. For deposits, the builder has an informational deposit line you can add to the document, so the client sees what's due up front without it changing the total.
