What does a bathroom remodel estimate include?
Nine sections in the order the job runs, demolition and disposal through finishes, with permits and contingency at the end. In between: framing and structural, plumbing, electrical and ventilation, waterproofing and substrate, tile and surfaces, and vanity, fixtures and glass. Inside them are the lines that get skipped and invoiced later: site protection, blocking for fixtures, seam and corner sealing, debris haul-away. Delete what your job doesn't need.
How do I price a bathroom remodel?
Line by line, from your side of the job. Demo scope, tile square footage, how far the plumbing moves, and fixture count drive most of the number, and each one has its own line here. Every line is rate times quantity times multiplier, so a rate change flows straight through the total. Overhead and profit is built in as a document-level fee on the subtotal.
How do I handle contingency and deposits on a bathroom remodel estimate?
