What does real estate photography go for in 2026?
A standard listing shoot averages around $230 nationally, with basic packages at $150 to $250, mid-tier work at $200 to $500, and premium or luxury listings $500 to $1,500 and up. Common add-ons: drone aerials $75 to $200, a Matterport tour $150 to $500, twilight shoots $200 to $300 on site (virtual twilight $20 to $40 an image), and walkthrough video $300 to $800. Square footage, market, and turnaround drive the base; the add-ons drive the ticket.
Should I quote per listing or per square foot?
Per listing, with a surcharge line for large properties, which is how this template ships. Square-foot pricing sounds precise and quotes slowly; agents want a number for the listing today.
